If you are not sure which system you have, do steps 1 and 2.  Listen to prompt to determine which system you have installed.  If you can see the actual voice mail system,  the TVA voice mail wall mounted units are blue, the TVS systems are white.

1. Call the Voice Mail system and log-in to a mailbox.  Log-In is the same on either TVA or TVS systems.  Log-In by pressing the VM button listed on a phone or pressing Intercom and dialing the voice mail extension.  If you need more information to LOG-IN, click here.

2. After you have Logged In, Press 3.  Listen to the prompt.

If the prompt says: "To change the personal greeting, press 1"  You have a TVA system.

If the prompt says: "No messages to verify"  You have a TVS system
